The only thing people can and should do is following: Ignore it, factual developer answer so that people are able to make up their own minds, write your own informative review (not just an one-liner) (which I still have to do ), etc. Those people do not want to be convinced, they want to hate. Enthusiastic players get heated up by that, start arguing and do nothing but adding fuel to the fire. That leads to frustration and bad reviews in which those frustrated players stimulate each other in the comments. People doesn't seem to know (in general, not just LiF) what Early Access truly means, people misunderstand the developers (which was kind of a little bit their fault in the beginning (language barrier, probably mixed with a little bit of inexperience)), people are not able to inform themselves before buying the game, people nowadays are incredible entitled and get easily upset if something doesn't go like they want it to be. If you take a closer look at the writer (What I did, because he seems so incredible persistent.) you will see what kind of person he is, and that he shouldn't be taken seriously because he does not seem to be able to write an objective (as objective as a subjective review can be) and trustworthy review. I am pretty sure you guys know what I am talking about. Which to me indicates that they don't want to see themselves put right, they just want to rally an angry mob.

Since then, I've seen yourself and other mods try time and time again to let them know that the website info has been updated to reflect and clarify everything about the game, but every time I've seen it buried or shot down. I think the saddest part about everything going on in the discussion is that an enormous portion of the info they're spouting is 'grey-area' stuff that you guys weren't sure on prior to releasing the game on early access. We need more people to bother to write decent reviews, more people to bother supporting reviews with a thumbs up (this one is huge because so many who feel angry feel the urge to do this, but someone who is content with the game feels very little need to speak up and agree with others.)

In all honesty it's sad that people only bother to check the skin surface a lot of the time, but like /u/Brady_The has also said, we as the players who've seen that the troll-fest of reviews are most certainly not reflective of LiF and you guys, are the only ones who can act on countering this.
